The Effect of Task-Oriented Circuit Program on Motor Function Improvement of Children with Cerebral palsy
Shin En-Kyoung

Song Byung-Ho
Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine effect of task oriented circuit program on improving of GMFM and
speed velocity and balance in children with cerebral palsy.

Methods: Ten children with diplegic cerebral palsy was participated this study. five children was nine years old and five children was thirteen years old. In order to compare effects of task oriented circuit program, evaluated score of GMFM, value of speed gait measured maximum speed that children have try to walk 14m using by walker, and balance using by GPS(Global Posutral system). Data was analyzed using by paired t-test between pre and post valuve of GMFM and speed gait, balance. To compare between young group and old group, carried out independent t-test.

Results: There was significantly difference between pre and post value of GMFM, speed gait, speed of perturbation. The value of GMFM, speed gait and balance show difference between young group and old group.

Conclusion: Task oriented circuit program can enhance improving value of GMFM, speed gait, balance in children with cerebral palsy.
